Ever since 1956 we have made official Olympic team sweaters for the National Norwegian Cross-Country ski team. This sweater is a tribute to our Norwegian Olympic history.

About the Wool

Pure - Skin soft superfine Merino wool.

This super fine merino wool is the perfect functional fiber. It has extremely high wearing comfort and is itch-free with a soft feel. Very fine spun, this wool is ideal for basic garments to be worn next to the skin. Naturally, our wool is mulesing-free. Garments knitted with Pure can be machine washed using wool-cycle. (Fiber diameter: 16.5 micron)

History

Ever since 1956 we have made official Olympic team sweaters for the National Norwegian Cross-Country ski team. To celebrate this, we have made a pattern based on all our 18 official team sweaters. The way the patchwork pattern is put together on this sweater varies from garment to garment.
